Ashley’s Hope serves people throughout San Diego County who are experiencing homelessness. All items are given to individuals who reside in crisis centers, shelters, behavioral health care facilities and on the street. We partner with organizations who provide the clothing directly to their homeless clients.
Often when people come to an organization or program for assistance, they’re at the lowest point in their lives. We seek to make this time easier and more bearable by giving them new clothing and accessories. We’re hoping that a clean outfit or two could make them feel better (if only for a day) to brighten their spirits and make them feel human again.
We collaborate with other social service organizations who assist the homeless in reaching as many needy individuals as possible. In the past we’ve helped fire victims who lost their homes. We help many people who suffer from both mental illness and homelessness.
Ashley’s Hope also creates clothing closets for our partners when requested which enables them to give clothing to their clients on an immediate/emergency basis. Another service we provide is filling orders for homeless people who are living on the streets or who reside in transitional housing. We cater to their clothing style based on their age, the season, and specific items needed.
We provide:
- Clothing for men and women
- t-shirts/camp shirts
